• Development of best practices, guidelines and documentation on proprietary applicant tracking system. Act as a liaison between the IT department and sales team on usability of software, in addition to making recommendations for enhancements.• Assisted in 60+ full-time technology placements in first full quarter at CyberCoders. Most recruiters at the company had no real foundation in boolean logic or how to conduct searches using proprietary ATS system. Worked with individual recruiters on searches and how to approach boolean construction as well as directly assisting in technology positions. Having a structured on-ramping program in place eventually led to a 27% improvement of new hires making their first placement within 30 days.
