Meet regularly with small groups of 3-4 writers at any stage in their writing process to not only provide developmental edits and critiques of their submitted work, but to also help them better understand their characters and their stories through a focus on the why behind any action, reaction or general storyline, no matter how big or small, in order to help writers make their stories the very best versions of themselves.

Provide writing, editing, copyediting and/or proofreading services based on client needs that are determined through an initial project meeting where responsibilities, expectations, and recommended services are laid out, assessed, and agreed upon, including content and editing turn-around timelines, final deadlines, and estimated payment.

Strategic editorial and communications planning; reporting, researching and writing content for online and offline use; steering, editing and refining content drafted by other team members; developing and managing actionable content creation, distribution and engagement plans; and collaborating directly with specialists in our other core practice areas, including Creative, Interactive and Video.

COMPREHENSIVE WRITING AND EDITING: Draft, edit and prepare meeting, interview and phone call notes and memorandums of all outside counsel interactions with Division attorneys, including foreign nationals, for all case databases. Write and edit Opening Case and Document Control Memorandums for all investigations with Grand Jury Authority to be utilized by all attorneys and staff in the office.INVESTIGATIVE RESEARCH: Assist attorneys with both legal and historical research to compile usable evidence for established investigations. Extensively research companies, individuals and industries to depict and present as accurate representations of information as possible. Gather research for Private Investigation Memorandums to be sent to the Front Office for final official approval.MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION: Oversee and supervise 6-8 paralegals. Collaborate with Section Chiefs and Lead Attorneys for staffing decisions and major case updates. Meet with case paralegals to discuss workloads and case responsibilities for most effective work environment. Schedule FBI agents and foreign language translators for corresponding interviews with outside counsel, record keeping for FBI interview transcripts and translator notes. Meet with both FBI and translators to coordinate schedules, issues and upcoming or pending case assignments.OPERATIONS LEADERSHIP: Acting lead paralegal on a global price-fixing case relating to the auto parts industry which has to date indicted over 27 individuals, 35 companies and has brought in over $1.6 billion, the largest fine collection in criminal antitrust history. Led the transition of over 20 companies to the New York, Chicago and San Francisco field offices for the Auto Parts Investigation. Collaborated with a team of 3 paralegals and 3-4 attorneys over the course of 2 weeks to create and produce a set of 6 demonstrative images and 1 press image for the Auto Parts Press Conference with Attorney General Eric Holder on September 26, 2013.

Created company logos with Illustrator and static web layouts for clients with Adobe Photoshop, designed project mock-ups. Discussed clientele and latest projects, met with clients on regular basis to report progress and changes.

Ensured the safety of over 600 children at an overnight camp for 7 weeks, lived in bunk with 10-11 year old girls, monitored their health and tracked their personal growth, reported back to the Administration with any issues or concerns.

Headed events and workshops for JHU Undergraduates to prepare for teaching writing to Baltimore Middle School students. Set up monthly check-in meetings with tutors and Director to facilitate problems and track progress. Planned open microphone events each semester, took audio and video for publications and record keeping.

Assisted customers with their shopping experience, became a personal shopper, organized and operated sales floor in all departments.
