I manage state contracts for the administration of the SAT Suite of assessments - both paper/pencil and digitally-based - as part of the state contract program management team at College Board. I facilitate relationships with state board of education personnel and key stakeholders across the larger College Board organization. I manage the program schedule, track project deliverables and milestones, and ensure communications are crafted, proofed, and distributed to thousands of test coordinators. Some of my many other responsibilities include establishing participating schools, creating and distributing training decks to our field teams, working with state leads to craft and deliver training to school and district coordinators, providing first tier support to schools in liaison with dedicated support teams, and more.

-Routinely bring in difficult client renewals ahead of prior year close date and work with client and company resources to craft packages responsive to current educational climate on an ongoing basis.-Successfully implemented a multi-product districtwide implementation through close collaboration with the client's internal stakeholders and company internal teams, leading to a high level of customer satisfaction and a key reference district for the sales team.-Identified a custom set of best practices for implementation success for large urban districts; worked with key stakeholders to craft and execute a bespoke training and implementation plan. Resulted in over $11,000 in professional development add-on packages sold in a 6-month period.-Conduct regular status meetings to review key client usage metrics, plan professional learning activities, and aid district leaders identify areas for improvement with their current plans.

In the role of Manager of Product Training and Professional Development, I was responsible for all training and PD activities for both clients and internal employees at Scantron. Responsibilities included:• Scheduling training sessions, both online and in-person, for new and existing customers.• Collaborating with Client Program Management team and Sales to provide tailored professional learning sessions for their ongoing clients.• Maintaining all training materials, including user guides, PowerPoint presentations, leader guides, and e-learning materials. • Led a team of consultant trainers to deliver sessions across the country, which included monitoring expenses, providing ongoing training and development, and conducting contract renewals.• Participated and contributed to all assessment and analytics request for proposals (RFP) activities and crafted response text and training plans.• Trained all new Sales, Pre-Sales, Proposal Services, Client Program Management, and Support personnel on assessment and analytics products and provided ongoing development to deepen understanding and knowledge of our solutions.• Maintained online training video library, and added/edited content when need arose.• Closely worked with Documentation and Product teams to ensure all new features/releases were fully documented appropriately, with customer ease of use in mind.• Documented all support provided to Tier 2 customer base and provided updates to internal and field sales teams on a regular basis.• Stayed current with adult learning and education trends and conducted competitor analysis when appropriate.

I managed the implementations of our assessment and analytics products for 20 accounts in IL, MI, KS, MO, OK, NY, and VA. I provided engaging product training and best practices, in-depth data analysis, end-user workshop facilitation for data interpretation, and responsive on-demand product support. As the advocate and liaison to Scantron at large on behalf of the company, I managed many projects and requests that involved personnel from all departments and government institutions. I tracked project activities and milestones through MS Project and MS Excel on a regular basis, and led executive kick off and end of year meetings.

Provided implementation support through product training, data interpretation workshop facilitation, and online assessment administration for the northern tier of the state (36 school districts) of Alabama during their statewide implementation of Scantron Performance Series and Achievement Series. Awarded the Pillar of Excellence award for outstanding customer focus in February 2014.

Worked with a team to support the implementation of a computer adaptive assessment for Chicago Public Schools. I directly supported over 80 schools by being a first point of contact for trouble-shooting, fulfilling requests for information and documentation, and creating and executing centralized and school-based training sessions.

At Morrill, I took over a fifth grade classroom two months into school year. I collaborated with my grade level partner to provide engaging and rigorous activities to ensure curriculum standards were met. I utilized formative and summative data to enhance and enrich my daily instruction, and used small group instruction on a daily basis to continually meet the individual needs of my students. I was one of four teachers who supervised the after school science club, focusing on weather-related explorations and activities, with a focus on the research and application portion of the scientific method. I participated in numerous workshops, and helped the literacy team select a new curriculum for the following school year. My classroom was known for higher-order thinking and interest-laden activities and lessons.

Was asked to take over fifth grade classroom from newly retired teacher mid-year. Fulfilled duties of day to day classroom duties, including grades, conferences, and classroom management. Successfully implemented a hands-on laboratory science curriculum. Participated in new teacher mentoring program, including attending workshops, maintaining a journal, and observing model teachers. Collaborated with grade level partners to provide engaging and on-pace curriculum. Worked with a co-teacher for the formation of flexible small literacy groups. Taught a high-interest after-school literacy program for fourth grade, utilizing art and reading integration. Created a hands-on science laboratory enrichment program for fourth grade science curriculum. Instructed primary special education students in small group settings and had great success with kindergarten students in twice a day reading and math intervention groups. Was the on-call regular education teacher to participate in individual education plan (IEP) staffing meetings.
