CurrentI am the Real Estate Commercial Dual Circle Leasing Marketing Director for Kimco Realty Corporation. As part of Kimco's West Coast team, I am responsible for the leasing of the Washington and Oregon portfolio, which includes 17 shopping centers totaling over 3.6 million square feet. As Real Estate Director, I am negotiating all new leases and renewals for the entire regional portfolio and am responsible for the annual underwriting of all 17 assets. I interact with institutional partners, including Prudential, and prepare and brief executive management on portfolio direction and institutional partners. I also manage and oversee the day-to-day activities of the local team including Leasing Assistant and Loan Manager.
