As the CMC's first manager I was responsible for attracting businesses into the building and providing them with ongoing business/marketing support. Today the CMC is part of a thriving culture of creative industries in Hastings. The CMC was built as part of the regeneration of Hastings and Bexhill. Its aim was to provide flexible, affordable work space and a nurturing business environment to start-up and SMEs in the creative industries on affordable, flexible leases.

Complinet - an online intelligence and SaaS software provider for financial services compliance and regulatory professionals. I started as Operations Manager and was quickly asked to join the senior management team. I became responsible for internal operations managing the "ops", data and marketing teams.
