Commissioned by client (Adidas Group) to design the fitting room wall graphics for the opening of the new Adidas Originals store in Markham, Ontario. I created a digital illustration that combined local Toronto elements with extensive imagery and references to the Adidas Originals brand. The goal was to create a design that could connect local and/or loyal customers to the Adidas brand through fun and creative imagery with hidden details and meaningful stories. I wanted to capture the creative essence of the Adidas Originals brand that went beyond the typical "fashion" or "sports" association that people typically have. I drew upon my own experiences with the brand, as well as the stories that I have learned from working at the Queen Street store as an associate for 3 years.

At Shikatani-Lacroix Branding & Design Agency, I got hands-on experience working in a number of different departments, including Graphic Design, Environments, & Accounts Services. I gained a close understanding of both the technical and creative operations of a Design Agency such as developing and maintaining client relationships, and the importance of creative collaboration. - Curated hundreds of stock images and patterns, creating an effective design solution to satisfy the needs of a key client account.- Created a thorough presentation for client based on market research, which provided a clear rationale for the design solutions being presented. This helped to increase client engagement by providing them with a visual journey including key information on competitors, market patterns and current design trends.- Updated and revised client contact list for the Environments Department to ensure easy accessibility for employees and to facilitate communication between designer and client.- Wrote design briefs that communicated specific client needs to designers, helping to enhance the communication between designer and client.
