I am founder and choir director of Choirs R Us, running lively, friendly choirs in Barnet for adults and young people, singing pop, gospel and soul songs in harmony. there's no audition or note reading.

I am a professionally qualified business and personal performance coach specialising in working with music organisations, arts charities, music entrepreneurs and educators. I'm also a concert and events manager, helping to promote conductors and performers.

I set up PMW as a limited company and registered charity. Its purpose was to bring inspirational pop and gospel style music to young people, primarily from disadvantaged backgrounds, in order to enhance their musical education and positive life experience. I managed all aspects of the company, including project management, personnel management, financial management and events management. In 7 years, over 20,000 children and adults participated in the music projects and large scale concerts. I negotiated and maintained ongoing partnerships with 7 London Boroughs plus Edinburgh and Norfolk Music Services.
