Responsible for project management and program development of the international Cluster Management Training, with partners and implementation in four countries in the Baltic Sea Region. Funded by Erasmus+. The new Erasmus + BSR Cluster Management Training project is developing and providing a set of key training modules for cluster managers.

Creating learning experiences for young entrepreneurs. Planning and facilitating events, building relationships to project partners and managing entrepreneurship courses. The role also includes one to one coaching sessions to develop business models. Almi is owned by the Swedish state and offers loans to companies with growth potential and assists in their business development. This applies to businesses in the start-up phase as well as established companies.

Led a process that aimed to explore the unexploited potential within Happen as a freelance organization. The work included a great number of interviews and a series of workshops.
