The Adult Ministries Division of North Point is responsible for developing a comprehensive, clear, and compelling strategy to engage all adults in the life and mission of the church. This division is responsible for leading and developing over 8,000 adults and volunteers., In this role I was also responsible for the strategy and planning of three annual events.• Led a team of 20 people. The Connections & Event Department is responsible for brainstorming, planning, and executing all events that connect adults to the church as well as train the 1,500 Adult Ministry Volunteers.• Responsible for the direction of “Adult Ministry Environments” events. Events include: GroupLink, Short-term large groups, Pre-Marriage Mentor Program, MoneyWise Mentor Program, Counseling Program, Divorce Care Program, Marriage Enrichment Program, Adult Ministries Division Meetings and overall volunteer trainings for each department.• Developed the online connection strategy and transitioned the church to a new format after 15 years of a face to face event.• Lead the Connections & Event team. (2 part-time & 3 full-time) This includes leading regular team meetings, monthly 1-1 meetings with each team member and performing annual Performance Development Plans.• Built relationships and consensus for marketing, promotion and overall connection strategy with cross departmental campus teams.• Created and managed the team budget and calendar.
