作为LSE的毕业项目，为Peabody担任管理顾问，通过评估不同租赁政策对未来工作量的影响，帮助Peabody管理者作出决策。-通过实地考察、采访、问卷调查等方式收集数据；-使用@Risk建立了模拟模型，量化地展现出不同政策的效果；-提供了一份详尽报告，并在公司做了演讲汇报。Peabody对该项目的成果表示非常满意。As part of the master program in LSE, I conducted a consulting project for Peabody regarding the impacts of different Peabody’s tenancy policy choices, providing advice in decision-making for management.-Collected data and information through interviews. field trips and survey;-Built a sophisticated simulation model with @Risk evaluating the future impacts of different policies;-Gave a detailed report and presentation, which Peabody was very satisfied with.
