With a background in HR Technology from the financial services industry, I successfully implemented and managed Cornerstone while obtaining my CIPD certification. Vitro provides implementation consultancy services for companies using Cornerstone OnDemand such as Admiral Insurance, Merlin Entertainment, Sheffield University, Greene King and Essex County Council. We provide programme/project managers, functional configuration administration, technical integration managers, PMO functions as well as business advisory consulting services in governance, change management and subject matter business process alignments.

Provision of support for Skipton Building Society and other group functions for the effective management, advice, guidance and development interventions for our HRIS and Talent Management Systems.As the knowledge expert I was the lead in Projects and Implementation activities relating to the HR systems to ensure we made the most of the technology we had. I regularly reviewed our processes using Lean techniques to find efficiencies and cost savings for the business, specific achievements include:- Lead the migration from our custom ATS software into Cornerstone OnDemand to give us a fully integrated solution and enhance our candidate experience.- Completed an 18 month project to ensure our business is meeting all the regulatory requirements set by the Training & Competency scheme. All roles in our Distribution function had a unique training plan which is automatically assigned to colleagues in these roles, and once certified have their competence checked by observations on a frequent basis. This was all handled through the Performance and Learning modules provided by Cornerstone OnDemand.

Managed all HR systems including Open HR HRIS, Learning, Performance, Succession and Connect modules from Cornerstone OnDemand, and Org Plus & OPE, and supported the integration to payroll.Completed a Green Belt qualification in Lean Six Sigma.
