Provides prompt and efficient service to customers & team members. Builds system expertise with order management systems to better serve customers. Maintains acceptable performance metrics such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance. Manages the flow of information regarding status of customer orders and deliveries, follow-up service, etc. between the service center and the design center staff. Ensures all cash transactions, including charge cards and bank deposits, are reconciled, properly deposited and accurately recorded in the ledger. Processes blind cash balancing and exceptions. Review and control open order, inventory reports and workroom logs. Communicate to design teams as needed. Identifies unrecorded delivered sales and implement procedures to prevent future occurrences. Assists with cycle counts/inventory control. Handles incoming communication from customers. Researches and resolves customer inquiries in accordance with company guidelines. Monitors customer problems and identify recurring issues and trends. Updates and monitors service work orders. Maintains petty cash fund ensuring appropriate approval on all petty cash expenditures. Coordinates with the Design Team to provide exceptional service to customers, before and after the sale. Works cooperatively in maintaining a neat and orderly Design Studio projection. Assists customers, front desk, and design consultants as needed. Contributes ideas and suggestions that will improve our ability to provide exceptional customer service

Assists design team with their projects. Help select fabrics, draw floor plans, participate on in-home consultations. Coordinates with the design team to provide exceptional service to clients, before and after the sale. Monitors client order status, including any delays, keeping the Design Team Manager and client informed. Supports the design team with administrative needs. Maintains a neat and orderly Design Center projection. Provides backup coverage for receptionist and other administrative positions. Maintains and updates the master price pages, samples and related design resources. Facilitates the ordering of memo fabric swatches for design team’s clients.
