Strategic HR partnering with the Director and leadership team of a Core function, to ensure we have the people capability required to deliver key business objectives.

Organisational capability partnering. HR Project Lead in the definition and delivery of a new job architecture framework across the Company. This included stakeholder engagement with our Executive, Senior Leaders, Regulators and Trade Unions, taking the project through phases of framework development, pilot, consultation and implementation.

Strategic HR partnering to functional Directors in Corporate Services, working as an integral part of their leadership teams, in collaboration with HR Services and Centres of Expertise. This included acting as the HR lead on one function’s transformation programme with full operating model redesign. My particular areas of focus were the organisation design, job evaluation, resourcing impacts and future resourcing strategy.

Partnering with a dedicated business area on operational and strategic HR issues. This included managing complex case work, leading the HR workstream on a new global mobility project, and providing organisation design advice to the area during an organisational transformation programme.

First point of contact for operational HR queries to four business areas. I also led a cross-company team in the design and development of a bespoke People Measure Scorecard.

Undertook placements in recruitment, employee development, policy, reward, operations and management information, with responsibility for key deliverables in each. For example, I was the lead in implementing the Employment Equality (Age) Regulations at the company.
