My main goal and purpose was to created a "Job Card System"for the workshop to be able to keep record and build a history of all repairs/ rebuilds being done at the workshop of all our companies earth moving machines. Other responsibilities:Daily opening and closing of job cards, all time sheet related printing/ planning & capturing for payroll. Monthly production bonus qualifications lists, Processing of Orders and Invoices, Capture Leave Forms, Pay Queries, Typing and sending of any Disciplinary documentation that has to be sent out. Typing of managerial instructions and any other documents/ admin required by management.

I started in the Admin Department (Capturing and Invoicing Orders) and running the repair department. Moved over to the Job Card Department (Opening, Processing/ Capturing and Closing of all job cards). I then got an opportunity to be a sub-contractor manager to some of our sub-contractors who we used to build some of our products. Daily communication with sub-contractors and stores to follow up on back order parts, weekly schedule and delivery planning. Weekly "site" visits to the sub-contractors.

At Globeflight, I captured waybills and POD's for parcels collected and delivered. Handling all customer related queries. Booking collections. Managed the Wine of the Month Account, deliveries and driver scheduling per each area to be delivered in.
