CurrentGene expression analysis of Urothelial cancer: Stratified Treatment and Oncological outcomes (GUSTO). This is an NIHR-funded national phase 2 study that will genotype cancers from multiple NHS Hospitals in real time. GUSTO will determine if gene expression subtype directed care is better than standard care for those affected by bladder cancer. This is the beginning of personalised treatment for bladder cancer, one of the commonest human malignancies with outcomes that have not improved for more than 30 years.
