An extremely diverse role advising Managers and employees in Centacare Community Services. Providing guidance on recruitment and selection, employment terms and conditions, performance management, legal compliance and industrial relations issues. The business is divided into 6 regions and my current role is servicing the northern regions including Moreton Bay and North Country and Sunshine Coast. As an embedded member of these teams, regular site visits are a feature in Hervey Bay, Gympie, Kingaroy, the Sunshine Coast and Caboolture. As a member of the broader HR team working on projects and assisting my colleagues in the southern regions of South East Queensland.
