About Jenny Gelber

Founder/CEO of Gelber Leadership Associates. For two decades played a key role nationally in major urban school reform initiatives to deliver on the promise of access to quality public education for all children. Opened new schools and created leadership programs for school boards, emerging and mid-career educators. Served on the executive staff of two MA state human service agencies, was Director of National Promotion at WGBH-TV, and Director of Policy and Press for Boston School Committee Chair during school desegregation. Founding member of the Adaptive Leadership Program at Harvard’s Kennedy School. Currently serving as Chair of the Board of Directors of The Adaptive Leadership Network.Deeply invested in making urgent progress on issues of social justice.
