• Working alongside Marketing, VM & Press teams in the development, project management and production of marketing materials & in-store/POS graphics across Arcadia brands. Encompassing all areas from brief through to delivery• Advising brands on production methods to achieve promotions in line with budget without compromising on design/quality• Ensuring a best practice approach is applied to all print procurement • Motivating team to achieve high standards of accuracy, administration and productivity• Developing skills of team - providing guidance, support and training where required • Attending supplier review meetings to ensure Arcadia needs are being met and addressing any issues with quality of print, account management, • Sourcing and liaising with numerous suppliers both within the UK and internationally to ensure costs are supplied in line with technical specs and production budgets• Selecting most suitable supplier for promotions based on specification, timings, quality assurance and costings
