I may be biased, but for me, it’s all about the trees.I’ve dedicated my career to understanding, managing, preserving and caring for trees.► So I became an expert at helping people manage this natural resource in unnatural environments. As an urban forester and a traditional forester, my role is to manage one tree at a time (or a whole forest) for the benefit of people and communities.Urban Canopy Works LLC is a women-owned, small business specializing in helping governments, businesses, utilities, and non-profit organizations to develop and implement a wide variety of urban forestry, park management, and land development plans and programs. For 40+ years, I’ve worked in both the public and private sectors, and managed urban forestry consulting projects for local and national organizations.
