With the experience of managing different teams and departments, I’ve been responsible for both personnel, individual competence development, hiring & recruiting and ongoing businesses, as well as pre sale/sales support activities.I have a technical background as consultant and Atlassian architect, and have been participating and contributing with my skills in both international and local projects, as well as bigger and smaller projects – working in all phases from requirements and specification analyses to implementation. The main focus has been on finance, telecom and retail businesses.I’m a positive, creative and committed person, but most of all a great listener who likes to work in a close cooperation with customers and co-workers.
