Manage lines of credit with six construction lenders totaling $66 Million. Work with lenders to establish construction loans for each of our 300+ new starts per year. Administer construction loans, using construction draws to manage the company's operating account. Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger accounts. Perform monthly reconciliations of lender loan statements to assure record accuracy. Work with title company to acquire title work, and banks to acquire partial mortgage releases for each new start. Process accounts payable for title company invoices related to each new start. Prepare Warranty Deeds and transfer letters for our development companies. Manage/Maintain Laserfiche Business Process Automation System.
