Serving in this Executive Board Position along 6 other members, we lead the 110 person chapter. Within my role I plan and coordinate all recruitment activities, including formal and informal recruitment. I work alongside the panhellenic recruitment team for all the sororities across campus. I serve as the supervisor for 2 recruitment chairs and a multiple person membership committee. Within this position I strive to create a professional and inclusive image of our chapter. I thoroughly enjoy leading our members towards recruiting new girls that continue the morals of our chapter and stand in support of our philanthropy.

Within in this role, I aided the Membership Vice President in managing and organizing events for informal and formal recruitment. I worked alongside another recruitment chair to be point people for recruitment jobs and planning aid.

Order of Omega is a leadership honors society that recognizes students who are excelling members of their own fraternity or sorority organizations. Admittance into this society highlights members who exemplify high standards in personal character, leadership, academics, and involvement.

While still working as a campus manager, I have now taken on the role of campus leader of the Illinois State campus. This role entails supervising a 6 person team. I participate in weekly meetings with my area manager to set campus goals and expectations for sales orders. I also oversee and run the campus Instagram that works to keep our Illinois State community up to date and features current order content. I also hold the responsibility of conducting final interviews for potential campus managers.

I work as a campus manager for the Illinois State University Campus. I work alongside my team, to reach out to organizations on campus and create custom apparel orders. I deal with outreach to organizations, assist with content creating and designing, and act as the middle person between our customers and the South By Sea company.

Attend bi-weekly meetings that help to expand my involvement within the College of Business and network with fellow marketing students. I participate in AMA organizational networking and social events that allow me to dedicate my time to further my professional development.

Women in Business is a registered student organization that strives to expand the knowledge and skills of women within the business world. I participate in workshops, networking opportunities, volunteering events, and weekly meetings. I completed an application and competitive interview process for admission.

Once I went to college, I became a seasonal worker only, working during the summers and holiday seasons. While holding the same responsibilities as when I was part time, I still strive to be a point person for new and continuous seasonal workers and customers. I have successfully worked alongside the managers and other team leaders to keep our large seasonal staff organized and on track for selling our products. We have received accolades and customer satisfaction surveys that show our continuous dedications to serving our many returning customers, as well as those who are new.

I was promoted with new leadership opportunities including: store opening and closing, keyholding, and financial opening and closing out. I became a point person for customer and coworker support. This was a great opportunity for me to experience a more extensive leadership position.

In this role I offered customer service to a variety of retail and catering customers along other team members.

I have been apart of the honors program since the start of my freshman year and continue to participate actively. I look forward to being challenged and to have access to this space that continues to motivate me. Through this program, I have taken an honors mindset seminar, and each semester connect my academic classwork to the dimensions of honors learning through participating in the learning experiences and classes that the university's honors advisors provide.

I participated in the mentor mentee program through the ISU college of business as I was working to expand my networking opportunities, and gain skills and new knowledge from the students above me. Participating within this program has changed my educational career for the better and has been one of the most impactful experiences. It taught me a lot about different business related skills, professional events, and has given me more confidence to move forwards in my college career.
