With a background as an audiologist and university lecturer, I provide education to audiologists and healthcare professionals through workshops and webinars, collaborating with Cochlear and other industry leaders to share expertise on hearing health and support for individuals with hearing impairments.I am also the co-founder of Full Spectrum Theatre, a unique, inclusive theatre company dedicated to neurodiverse children. Our programs help kids build confidence, develop social skills, and express themselves authentically. Inspired by my own experiences as a parent, I created Full Spectrum Theatre to fill a gap in extracurricular activities where neurodiverse kids are genuinely accepted, and their parents find a supportive community.Certified as a PEERS® instructor through UCLA, I’m now pursuing psychodrama training to deepen my approach to social skills training. This journey continues to shape Full Spectrum Theatre’s trauma-informed programs, providing neurodiverse children with a welcoming space to explore friendships and self-expression.Whether I’m working with families, collaborating on research, or mentoring future audiologists, my commitment is to help individuals with additional needs access the support, community, and confidence they deserve.
