I was responsible for maintaining current staff employment and recruitment of new personnel. I liaised with Principal's, teachers, students and families. I administered first aid to the children in sick bay. I completed the annual school budget and reconciled it each month, also reconciling the school account monthly and completing financial and end of year activities. My role co-ordinated many maintenance projects and organised school booklists whilst also organising fundraising activities. I also volunteered my time in Kitchen Garden program and during lunch, assisted with the children's bike education. I attended School Council meetings 8 times per year representing the Department and submitting the school financial documents. I also maintained all of the schools invoices and payments with creditors, debtors and families.
