 Orchestrated day-to-day operations for a residential summer camp catering to a diverse demographic, including children, adults, and seniors (aged 3-86) with vision loss or blindness, developmental delays, and other exceptionalities. Led the recruitment, hiring, and management of a diverse team comprising 22 staff members Provided round-the-clock residential supervision and crisis management for 260+ clients, collaborating with a team of 40+ staff members and volunteers during all program durations. Managed client recruitment and retention, registration, billing, financial assistance, and maintained ongoing communication with 260+ clients, caregivers, and families. Ensured the safety and compliance of the 64-acre campground, facilities, pool, vehicles, and equipment by overseeing daily upkeep and implementing preventative maintenance measures. Contributed to budget development and long-term financial planning efforts, effectively managing expenses and income targets within an annual operating budget exceeding $360,000. Assisted with grant writing and funding procurement. Designed and coordinated comprehensive marketing and communications efforts to expand camp enrollments, increase revenue, and further the agency's mission.  Oversaw and supported a team of 4 staff members and a volunteer force exceeding 300 individuals, facilitating weekly after-school programming for 600+ Pittsburgh girls across 36 program sites in 20 underserved neighborhoods. Established efficient systems for analyzing and assessing three distinctive, robust leadership development programs by creating a new database platform and conducting comprehensive data comparisons. Developed and implemented 36 curriculum lessons, various volunteer guides, and outreach materials; managed external communications to ensure effective program delivery. Fostered and managed high-quality partnerships with other educational programs, spearheading the creation of a college-level credited course focused on girl advocacy and service learning at Carlow University (Fall 2015). Orchestrated 8 training conferences and 12 large-scale events, encompassing field trips, award ceremonies, fundraisers, and team-building activities. Cultivated the youth program, achieving a remarkable growth of over 300% in a two-year period.
