FFEN’s Program Coordinator serves as the critical role that ensures strong customer service, coordinated program services and consistent tracking of data and key metrics for impact. This role is responsible for maintaining strong and consistent processes for both volunteers and food shelves, and supporting FFEN staff’s adoption of best practices in these areas. The Program Coordinator is consistently looking for increased efficiency and effectiveness in how FFEN operates internally as well as implementation of feedback loops to inform these recommendations.
