I ensure timely reporting, address CSA-related challenges to mitigate risks, provide support to controllers and MDs, and handle various ad hoc questions. Business area controller @Indutrade Flow Technology Group------------------------------------------------Flow companies specialize in various areas of industrial flow technology. They offer components and systems for controlling, measuring, monitoring, and regulating flows to customers in the process industry, food and pharmaceutical industries, water/wastewater, energy, and marine industries. The portfolio includes products such as valves, pipes and pipe systems, measurement technology, pumps, hydraulics, and industrial equipment.-------------------------------------------------In my previous role as the Business Area Controller at Indutrade Flow Technology, my responsibilities extended beyond financial oversight and strategic planning - it varied from crunching numbers to uniting the finance team. Always fine-tuning processes, aiming for collaboration and development.I had the privilege of facilitating communication with various stakeholders, including finance managers, controllers, MDs, Group accounting, and auditors.Tha BA controller role handled reporting, financial analysis, internal control, and other ad hoc questions. In addition to financial responsibilities, I took pride in bringing the talented finance team for the Business Area together. This involved organizing conferences, facilitating digital meetings, and creating networking opportunities to nurture a collaborative and cohesive team environment.Beyond our immediate team, I actively engaged in work groups within Indutrade Group, for example initiatives to enhance the intranet (EPI server) and streamline Cognos reporting efficiency and refine our internal processes.Navigating the nuances of finance, I bring a controller's precision to balance numbers, unite teams, and drive seamless collaboration for sustained business success.

 Consolidating monthly, quarterly and annual data from some 90 subsidiaries within four business areas- Producing Group Management reports- Performing ad hoc analysis Co-managing the full process of producing interim and annual reports meeting the requirements on a listed company Responsible for weekly orders received reporting- Coordinate subsidiaries reporting on time- Consolidating weekly data, secure comparability over time and make tables and charts available for analysis Frequently participating and leading projects on Group level; e.g:- Project leading implementation of Cognos internal control- Responsible of gathering and summarizing internal control documentation within the Group as well as producing presentation material for the Board of Directors- Project on improving effectiveness of the closing process on all levels in the Group- Support finance departments of our subsidiaries in various issues SuperUser in Cognos Controller

 Work in parallel with the studies and during summers­ - Screening of collaboration and acquisition partners; new market entry strategy­ - Performing daily unloading for the economic department, such as account-coding and closing the books­ - Monthly sales controlling duties, such as key account follow up, analysis of sales statistics (trends, outcome vs. budget) in Excel. Results were summarized and compiled in power point presentations for head of sales­- Cash management of cliental funds and clearing of accounts­
