I have an Executive coaching practice working with Leaders and senior managers in the NHS, Corporate and Voluntary sectors. I specialise in providing support and practical skills and strategies for senior individuals to strengthen their effectiveness as leaders, handle demanding work relationships, and increase their leadership impact to achieve high performance for their team(s) and organisation. I am a member of the External Coach register for Kings College, London - with experience of coaching senior managers and leaders from different parts of the organisation.

I was a Founder Director and the Practice Lead of Edgecumbe Health for 18 years, building it into a leading NHS consultancy providing occupational psychology support, training, development and specialist assessment for clinicians and senior NHS staff.

During my 4 years as Associate Fellow in Executive Education, I contributed to the psychological assessment of leaders, leadership development, leader assessment and executive coaching, working with senior executive and managers from national and international organisations.
