I am an Aquaculture Engineer. My career began in the field of animal feed production for land and aquatic animals, aquatic animal production for human comsuption, and food safety and quality: Good hygiene and manufacturing practices, and HACCP. Then I had the opportunity to work in research on food and human nutrition.This experience allowed me to have a broad vision, to transfer ideas that work from one sector to another in order to obtain safe and with high nutritional quality food of animal origin, mainly, natural, additive-free, residue-free, and sustainable.If there is something that characterizes me, it is that I get 100% involved in everything I do, plus i am positive and commited to company goals
