Career break - setting up and managing a team of 6 in a luxury new build chalet hotel in it’s 1st season operating

Joined KP sales team on a 6 month FTC to cover the role whilst a permanent replacement was found. Owned the Grocery demand forecast for all of KP Snacks product portfolio (including KP Nuts, McCoys, Hula Hoops, Tyrrells), including full bottom up 2024 forecast during my time in role. Managed 2 demand co-ordinators, proposed and implemented re-alignment of responsibilities to support team development. Used Blueplanner system for forecast administration and Qlik/Excel for reporting & analysis.

Main deliverables in the role were across Supply Performance (OTIF) and Working Capital. Managing a team responsible for supply of hotel, food & beverage products to CUK's fleet. Working closely with the Purchasing and Logistics teams, Ships, and Suppliers, to oversee the process from ship requisition through to delivery onboard. Including complex logistical planning to ensure the ships were supplied all year round across the globe on different deployments. Key achievements: * Led newly formed team (6 planners) through a transformation from just managing Fulfilment of orders, to actively Supply Planning.
