I have lots of experience in different areas of conveyancing including sales, purchases, freeholds, buy to lets, leaseholds, lease extensions, unregistered titles, re-mortgages, new builds, transfers of equity, stamp duty, help to buy sales, help to buy purchases and shared ownerships.I have the necessary skills in time management and I can type as quick as most secretaries. I am very familiar in using case management systems. On average I can take on anywhere between 20 and 30 new cases per month and still deliver the expected level of service with secretarial support.My proactive method ensures my clients receive an excellent level of service and where possible any deadlines set are met and if any issues arise then I report these to the client in plain English as soon as I can and give them advice as to how the issue can be resolved.
