Feel very privileged to walk alongside and with young people and their families seeking help with healing.I show up every day for young people and their families/carers with 29 years experience working as an Occupational therapist in incredible roles for joining with and supporting healing.I am honoured to hold the role of Practice Lead-Eating Disorders at Alfred Health with 9 years clinical specialty in working with children, adolescents and their families with a lived and living experience of eating struggles.I am a proud member of ANZAED and hold membership with NEDC.I have been fortunate to work with infants through to young adults and have worked in a variety of settings including public health inpatient, outpatient and community care support/healing spaces.I am passionate about supporting and nurturing early in career clinicians with their professional development.I am very proud to say I have been working at Alfred Health for 22 years.I am passionate about presenting clinical lived and living experience to colleagues near and far through forums and conference presentations/publications.I love my yearly guest teaching through the Master's of Occupational Therapy at Swinburrne University.I am an Open Dialogue champion in my day to day work, as part of the Alfred Infant Child and Youth Area Mental Health and Wellbeing Service Leadership group and am thrilled to be in the first ever study cohort of Australia’s first Open Dialogue Foundation Course, Open Dialogue Centre-course will be completed, 21 December 2024.
