Responsible for credit, salability, data and documentation quality reviews of loans originated and/or serviced by JP Morgan Chase. Validate specific Servicing, Origination, and Delivery data using various source documents and systems of record. Test loans and/or data elements utilizing Chase Imaging, Loan Origination, Servicing and Delivery systems to obtain data and/or documents. Evaluate and report findings from various tests and reviews. Data QualityAudit the loan data quality on newly boarded loans to mortgage servicing system. Work loan edits, and research errors and data inconsistencies to identify potential issues and trends using documents, prior loan information, taxing authority websites, insurance websites and other resources as available to ensure loan servicing information is accurate, complete and compliant with all federal, state and local legislation. Update and protect loan information in order to improve customer experience and ensure compliance. Identify data trends in edits and data errors. Report current trends, offer process improvements to eliminate errors and ease workflow. Liaison with front end production, processors and closers to trouble shoot errors and issues on newly closed or soon to close loans through specialized inbox. Crosstrain co-workers on other duties, maintain tracking spread sheets.Escrow SolutionsCompleted root cause analyses on high volume escrow escalation calls. Researched events leading up to the escalation in order to determine if there was a policy, procedural, system, or training issue and recommend solutions to management based on findings.
