I am a freshman at Merrimack College and I am working towards earning my Bachelor's degree in Health Science. In my free time during high school, I played field hockey and worked as a host at a few restaurants as well as an ice cream shop. I also took advantage of the opportunity of an internship at my local hospital for six months where I was able to learn a lot about healthcare from a first-hand and behind-the-scenes standpoint. I was also President of DECA (Distributive Education Clubs of America) during high school which taught me a lot about leadership, communication, business and marketing.
