Promoted in 2017 to Regional Manager then Regional Director after overseeing the expansion of the region from one district in 2013 to 10 districts, 37 schools, 2000 students and 300 employees across Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Serves as a trusted spokesperson for the AlphaBEST brand by clearly articulating their mission, vision and core values through presentations to school district leaders, senior level stakeholders and Statewide organizations. Manages all strategic decisions regarding recruiting, on-boarding, talent management and retention, salary compensation, professional development and mentoring in the Northeast Region. Ensures region-wide compliance with all federal, state and local laws, regulations, and guidelines. Meets critical deadlines to deliver on contractual obligations needed to ensure District's expectations and satisfaction. Utilizes data management systems to create a regional action plan to guarantee continuous improvement and monitor regional quality control systems

Successfully established Cumberland as a vibrant AlphaBEST location in its inaugural year.Leveraged strong community relationships to engage the community in support of the new before and after school program in all of the Cumberland Elementary Schools. Maintained program quality and adherence to the organizational mission by possessing an in-depth knowledge of all AlphaBEST curriculum and licensing standards.
