IGT is a BPO delivering excellent service to a variety of International European clients. This particular process was in the field of aviation and the client was a renowned European airline which outsourced their customer service to IGT.My role was handling the client's Social Media process (managing end to end operations of 2 teams, a total of 12 agents) including team management, quality assurance and training. - Managing operations and quality control for social media servicing/campaigns and day-to-day activities in a 24/7 environment.- Executing daily tasks of social media strategy across identified digital platforms (i.e. Twitter, Facebook, etc.), coordinating prompt responses to questions and comments over social media platforms.- Training agents in product & policy knowledge, tone of voice and Social Media knowledge- Responsible for ensuring transition of the participants from training to operations.- Responsible for content Quality Assurance in order to protect the clients Online Reputation and escalation resolution.- Responsible for providing weekly Quality Reviews and collaboration calls with the client and client management.- Handling multilingual/multicultural batches (German, English, Indian and Japanese).- Handling the interview and selection process of new candidates.- As Quality Analyst, reviewing the quality of the German team (product knowledge, tone of voice, Social Media knowledge, customer engagement)
