Responsible for managing the portfolio and implementing transformational technologies to align to the company and technology strategic plans while decreasing annual operating expense. • Led the transformational cloud project implementing a Global Human Capital Management System in only 15 months, utilizing SAP SuccessFactors suite. Influenced and partnered with the Human Resource department for updating business processes to industry best practices. The project won the 2013 SAP SuccessFactors SuccessConnect Presidents' Award. • After moving into a new area of responsibility, identified ways to reduce outsourcing by putting processes in place to manage the priorities and work being done. The reduction resulted in over $2 million per year savings.• Brought in to lead a struggling project, for implementing the SAP Supply Chain ERP System for the Mills locations. Initiated standard processes to support project management, communication and many common project practices to improve consistency across the team. • Developed and implemented a creative approach for updating multiple out of date versions of Kronos for 80 plant locations. • Mentor and culture creator for many levels and different areas of ConAgra Foods. o Championed the creation of an IT Manager Focus Group. Identified a need for collaboration across this peer group. o Implemented a process for managing the ever changing priorities of a team. Led the initiative across the IT department utilizing the KANBAN process so that daily work could easily managed by employees.• Managed the PeopleSoft upgrade from 8.0 to 9.1, supporting Payroll, HR and Benefit Administration. • Led the team to initiate and implement a solution for Oracle Database Advanced Compression. This reduced the amount of storage required for existing applications by half. This work was published in the Oracle Magazine.• Managed teams of up to 100 and an operating budget of $10 million.
