In this role I have been very involved with customer service to a wide range of people. The role involved required a lot of time management. During peak times it required a lot of close knit teamwork to achieve fast and positive results.

I have been responsible for many aspects of the shops' general day to day running activities. Additionally I have been in charge of the shops' creative direction, mainly window dressing , promotional posters and merchandising stock.
