- Manage Shopee daily operation(Promotion, Product, Design, Warehouse, Customer Service)- Maintained detailed records of stock levels, orders, and shipments- Analyse market competitors with their photo, price, content- Create and update product listings for new products in Shopee- Maintain and ensure product information such as pricing, promotion is up-to-date and accurate- Manage customers’ inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner- Ad-hoc task

- Manage and handle E-commerce platform- Plan and monitor monthly campaign and promotion- Handling copywriting and design for social media and E-commerce- Allocate budget for Ads- Dealing with suppliers and logistics- Answering customer enquiries and after-sales service- Stay up to trend and review competitors

- Plan and manage client’s account, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Social Media- Assist in digital & social media advertising planning, budgeting, tracking, activities & monitoring- Liaise with internal team to ensure campaigns run smoothly- Produce and deliver campaign report, analysis, competitive reviews- Influencer marketing for creating brand awareness and increase organic search (SEO)
