-Demystified design and submittal process for my fabricator clients, so they could more effectively communicate with their architect/interior designer/contractor clientele, both commercial and residential.-Integrated the fabricator’s specialty (ex: metal work, finish carpentry, solid surfaces, architectural details) into larger Interior Design schemes to provide visuals and renderings for presentations to clients. -Translated the needs of the fabricator & their clients into Contract Documents including scope of work, exclusions, schedule, cost, and CAD-generated shop & architectural drawings.

-Honed all skills associated with residential interior design and project management including presenting to clients, determining scope of work, budgeting, coordinating with vendors, scheduling and overseeing a design from concept to installation.-Drafted CAD construction documents for approvals and installations, including taking field measures when architecturals did not exist for older, existing structures being remodeled.

-Collaborated with clients to design large-scale architectural details, panel work, finish carpentry, millwork, full custom cabinetry, casegoods and built-ins for commercial applications.-Managed design projects from conceptualizing to the submittal process, obtaining client approval, communicating lead times, scheduling & orchestrating installation, final punch, and resolving any outstanding issues post-project completion. -Drafted floorplans, elevations, sections, and details, and shop & architectural drawings to enable CNC fabrication and eventual job site installation.

-Specialized in designing custom and semi-custom residential kitchens, baths, built-ins, case goods, and architectural detailings.-Managed accounts ranging in scope from private home owners, custom and semi-custom residential builders, commercial builders, and larger corporations.-Carried out a multitude of tasks for clients including one-on-one consultations, design presentations, initial on-site field measures, red lining/revising, negotiating budgets, and coordinating installation.

-Assisted in the design & installation of the boutique’s Bedroom & Bath Design for the Charleston Symphonic Orchestra Designer’s Showcase 2010, published in Charleston Home + Design Magazine
