Supervised 3 branch libraries in Saskatoon. One was a tiny urban library with a staff of 5, one was a large suburban branch with a staff of 27, and one was a branch that went from small and rarely open to one with 9 new staff and increased hours and services. At all locations supervised daily activities as well as completed performance reviews, hiring, coaching, and ran monthly staff meetings.

Worked in the Teen Services Area at the central branch. Was responsible for day-to-day programming, reference work, and relationship-building, as well as advising and coaching branch librarians on Young Adult services. Oversaw system-wide collection management of YA materials.

In this pilot position at a large suburban branch, I designed community engagement strategies, participated in system-wide projects, and advised other librarians and management on effective community engagement techniques.

Collaborate with a team to produce regular improv and stand-up comedy shows that highlight and encourage female and non-binary performers. Teaching. mentorship, promotion and social-media marketing are all part of this role, as well.

Oversaw the Children's Services and Youth Services departments at the central branch, as well as maintained the system-wide children's collection with a large budget. Guided the branch librarians to a centralized selection model. Supervised daily activities as well as completed performance reviews, hiring, coaching, and chaired a number of committees.
