My day to day role includes over seeing four companies with the Hambrooks Group including controlling costs, overheads and keeping budgets. I am involved in the day to day management of the office at Head Office and manage our operations, HR, Accounts and Marketing departments, establishing comprehensive and administrative procedures for both Head Office and at our Garden Centre.I provide general support for our MD and liaise with our business consultants and accountants to secure new business and create new opportunities.Specialties: Staff management and motivation.
