I am an experienced leadership development professional with a strong natural curiosity teamed with exceptional analytical and process skills. My early career included 20 years in Retail, culminating in 4 years as a Vice President for a global Fortune 500 organisation. My functional roles were varied but my interest throughout that time was on developing teams and leading major change programmes. In 2004 I became a qualified certified professional coach (CPCC) and started my own leadership development company. My case studies demonstrate that developing the Emotional Intelligence and competence of individuals, particularly leaders, has a strongest impact on performance and personal well-being. I have spent the last 10 years supporting the development of emotionally intelligent organisations and leaders within commerce, health and education. I specialise in delivering practical and tangible tools that are accessible to a broad range of individuals, including young people.I am currently studying for a new Masters in Mindfulness:Neuroscience and clinical application at King's College London.
