I was promoted to this post after dramatically increasing income in my previous role. The development and management of contracted services. Maintaining excellent client relationships and working with the client to review strategy and gaining knowledge of internal factors which may affect strategy, results or budgets. Client liaison in preparing and submitting proposals, briefs, scripts and training materials and delivery of contracts to meet the needs of the clients. Identifying issues with the campaigns as they arise and management of solutions. Close customer focused management of campaigns live, ensuring excellent lines of communication within NTT between all department managers through management and planning meetings, to ensure profitability for both NTT and the client. Preparation and submission of reports and statistical information to clients as a review of the campaign within agreed time frames. Management and supervision of an Account Executive, carrying out performance reviews, ensuring adequate staff cover for all work in progress and nurturing and developing a team culture to ensure that all team members feel supported in their daily work. Clients included RNID, WWFUK, Water Aid, The Medical Foundation, Crisis and Save the Children.
