With a background both in clinical medicine and in management and leadership, at every level of the NHS - and a track record of 20 years of successfully teaching management leadership to senior doctors, I now work independently as a provider of training and development, coach and strategic advisor to a wide of organisations and individuals both in private and public sectors, in the UK and across Europe.
