I offer theoretical and practical training tailored to the individual rider & horse requirements to promote balance, confidence, positive mindset & wellness.I sincerely believe everyone should have a chance to reach their dreams, and through consistent support & guidance everything is possible

I organised staff daily to ensure optimum output for the yard, ensuring at all times safety standards were met, the horses were highly cared for, and staff worked well as a team with positive moral.I was also head coach; coaching many riders of different ages & abilities, running Pony Club, and training the staff onsite towards their NVQ stages.

Working both in the office and out on site, I worked alongside influential trainers, large training centres, and an array of people across the UK to implement, organise & run new programmes to enhance riders aiming for podium success.

I am responsible for the account management of existing customers, both business to business and direct . I manage the implementation of new transactional print jobs into the company, such as multi-currency cheques, payslips, P60s, and cheque and giro books. I work closely with all areas of the business such as programming, production and graphic design, ensuring the processes are completed to a high standard, and within strict deadlines.Working closely with customer accounts I look to offer further cost effective, high quality print and mailing solution, retaining the personal touch, as well as manging the current products used.

I offer advice and training to a range of individuals aiming to improve their equine abilities. This includes theoretical and practical training tailored to individual requirements. I understand the importance of health & safety and the risks involved in the equine environment. With this in mind I always ensure suitable insurances are in place to cover any potential issues that could arise in the future.

I utilise my customer service skills on a daily basis both on the phone and in person. Within the job I am required to organise and book saddle fittings working within strict time guidelines. I regularly converse with suppliers to place and chase customer orders, I also have extensive experience in handling both customer complaints and enquiries adhering to high levels of customer satisfaction.

I managed a team of instructors working to create a happy learning environment. We worked within guidelines set by myself to ensure all pupils received tuition of the highest standard. I organised a numerous fun/training days that catered for all abilities. This evolved into organising week long pony camps during the summer months that required substantial planning and liaising with others to ensure health & safety issues, insurance and medical requirement were all met.

I worked in an enthusiastic team to carry out a range of yard based tasks. All duties were required to be carried out efficiently and to the highest standards, this work ethic has stayed with me throughout my progressive career.
