I am a driven, motivated and engaged individual who always strives to achieve the highest standard in everything that I undertake. Throughout my profession, I have developed excellent interpersonal skills and strong interchangeable proficiencies; I have worked at Bluestone Resorts for over three years having started as a Guest Relations Officer, progressed to Team Leader, Supervisor and now help oversee the Sales and Reservations Department. My aim is to progress, motivate and encourage the team to work together in order to achieve revenue targets whilst delivering excellent customer service at the same time as reaching each of their own individual goals. I graduated from University of Wales, Swansea in 2008 with a BA 2:1 in English and American Studies in which I won a scholarship for and spent an intercalary year studying in Albuquerque in New Mexico and also began learning Spanish. Following my degree, I moved to Madrid for a year to expand on this and taught English as a foreign language and worked for two language schools as well as teaching privately to children and adults of all ages and levels of English. I returned home to Wales within an Administration role before seeing that Bluestone offered the perfect balance of customer service as well as administrative tasks and opportunity to progress within the business. I am also proficient in Welsh and love using my second language wherever I can as I am passionate about the culture and heritage of where I grew up. Alongside working at Bluestone, I have also completed NVQ Level 3 in Customer Service, Sales & Marketing and Team Management and am very keen to expand my skills and experience as much as possible in order to reach my full potential.
