- Coordinate logistics, in conjunction with school assistants, for incoming senior intensive and junior intensive students including schedules, facility rentals, meals, and travel accommodations.- Interact with students and parents of School of Sacramento Ballet, including assisting with tuition, processing payments and answering questions.- Complete various communication tasks for School of Sacramento Ballet, including sending reminder emails, updating webpage, assisting with marketing, printing and distributing handouts, answering phone calls and emails.- Complete various data management tasks, including working with student records in our studio software and in Google Drive spreadsheets.- Works closely with School Director, School Coordinator, and General Manager to provide the highest level of customer service to all internal and external clients and to ensure a highly enjoyable and safe experience for all youth participants- Complete various administrative tasks for the Sacramento Ballet professional company, as assigned

- Implement ongoing standard fulfilling and industry current dance curriculum lesson plans - Teach a group of up to 15 students keeping them engaged on task, and growing in dance- Utilize and maintain electronic materials for on-site use during class- Relate to students to create a safe, nurturing learning environment- Develop positive relationships with staff, parents, and others- Assist in preparing for performance pieces equal to the students’ level and knowledge to showcase their skills
