In this role I was responsible for developing and implementing claim consulting plans for select clients, coordinating client meetings, preparing claims analysis and experience modification analysis for clients, following up on open claims to ensure timely return to work practices, maintaining daily workflows and tasks to provide seamless experiences for clients, working with our Loss Prevention team to provide a well-rounded risk management plan to meet client needs

In this role I was responsible for servicing and processing risk management plans for personal clients and small business owners. At Liberty Mutual, I assisted policy holders with servicing needs, including billing inquiries, policy changes, and counseling on products and services based on individual customer needs. I partnered closely with various departments, such as Business Analysts and Software Development teams, to refine new processes and procedures before final implementation. I was responsible for maximizing efficiency while processing sizable amounts of information in a time sensitive, call center environment, and fulfilling team commitments by managing a centralized customer follow up folder.
