- As a supervisor, I was responsible for opening and closing the store and balancing the intake of cash at the beginning and end of each day.- Prepared a checklist of all duties required each day. Ensured everything operated smoothly with other staff members, ensuring they take their entitled break and finish on time.- On the Welcome Desk, I dealt with customer complaints, queries and locating products in the store. The company also introduced foreign exchange and I was one the of the first members of staff to acquire this role.
